Its exclusive objective is to provide institutional information regarding the corporate structure and regulatory status of the entity as a licensed Digital Asset Service Provider in the Republic of El Salvador. By browsing or using this website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Regulatory Status and Licensing

VISHAB OTC operates under the following regulatory licenses granted in El Salvador:

• Registration Entry No. PSAD-0089, granted by the National Digital Assets Commission (CNAD) under Resolution No. CNAD-CD-363-2026, authorizing exchange services (Art. 19.a LEAD) and transfer services (Art. 19.f.1 LEAD) over authorized digital assets.
• Bitcoin Service Provider (BSP) License, registration code 6700763de8a00a3181b8f31e, issued by the Central Reserve Bank of El Salvador pursuant to the Bitcoin Law.

3. No Public Offering or Financial Advisory

The material and content published on this website do not constitute a public offering, an invitation to treat, an investment recommendation, or financial, legal, or tax advice. VISHAB OTC operates solely as an institutional Principal Dealer and counterparty to verified corporate entities that have successfully passed our Know Your Business (KYB) onboarding requirements. No trading or settlement operations can be executed via this public website without entering into a formal Master Digital Asset Services Agreement.

4. Non-Custodial Operating Model

Pursuant to Salvadoran regulations and our licensed operating framework, VISHAB OTC does not provide digital asset custody services. VISHAB OTC operates strictly on a non-custodial delivery versus payment / settlement architecture. Digital assets transit exclusively through technical settlement windows during the execution of completed trades. Clients retain sole control and ownership over their digital asset wallets and cryptographic keys at all times.

5. Risk Disclosure Statement

Digital assets are subject to substantial market volatility and price fluctuations. The market value of digital assets can change dramatically within short timeframes. Information regarding supported digital assets does not guarantee liquidity or profitability.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with this portal—including corporate trademarks, brand designs, trade names, codebases, and structural layouts—are the exclusive property of VISHAB OTC or its respective licensors and are protected under international intellectual property conventions.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of El Salvador, including the Digital Assets Issuance Law (LEAD) and the Commercial Code. Any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of the access or use of this website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of San Salvador, El Salvador.
